It looks really good! Your dancer is indeed fairly graceful, although I kind of wish she wasn't smiling quite so obviously. Otherwise, really great recreation of the composition!
I agree about the repressed smile-r. I also feel their should have been some more dramatic or sudden movement that could indicate the drama of the music.
Your sister is obviously an amazing dancer. I think your video portrayed the original piece very well and you made an interesting 2 minutes. Very nicely choreographed.
Good job recreating the image but yeah, the smile is funny but distracting. I also agree with Chris that the music should have either been a bit slower to match her movements in the second minute, or kept the same and her movements should have been a little sharper and more dramatic, if that makes sense.
You did a great job recreating the image. Although there are a few little things that bother me (i.e. the cloth she's holding, her tutu shape and size). But I understand its difficult to get all the details. Overall its graceful and soothing, just like watching a real ballet
i really wish she wasn't smiling so much. i also wish the thing she is holding didn't look like a piece of toilet paper. the dancing is nice, though, and i think you did pretty well keeping with the original piece. her movements in the second piece could have been a little more dramatic, i agree with alyson.
This brings me back to my ballet days...anyways, thats besides the point. Looks just like the piece; however, I feel that the cloth should have been longer. Other than that, nice work!
i really wish the dancing in the second part were much more dramatic! i was expecting her to actually do a choreographed dance. i guess she didn't have much space to dance in but you could zoom out in the second part. you could have bought a few yards of tulle or something for the fabric she's holding. maybe the frills could have been removed from the straps to make it more like the dancer's costume, but then again if that's your sister's favorite costume then it probably isn't worth it.
